  • How many tests can I run at once?

    Currently, Pathmapp supports running one A/B test per app version at a time.

  • Does Pathmapp support multivariate testing?

    Currently, Pathmapp supports only standard A/B/N testing.

  • How are monthly active users counted?

    We keep track of device and session information for each app using Pathmapp. We aggregate this data daily and use it to determine the total number of monthly active users per account.

  • What happens if I go over my monthly active user limit?

    You will be charged an additional fee per thousand users over your limit.

  • My app has millions of monthly active users, can Pathmapp support our load?

    Yes. Pathmapp is built on top of Amazon's cloud services and will scale with your needs.

  • What happens when my 15 day trial ends?

    We'll keep you notified by email as your trial winds down, but if it expires, you'll need to enter payment information to reactivate your account. We'll keep all of your data and configuration stored so you can pick up right where you left off.

  • What happens if I cancel my subscription?

    We'll store all of your data and configuration so you can reactivate your account at any time, but until then we will stop collecting data from your users. Any of your apps using Pathmapp will stop sending data to our servers and fall back to your default screen configuration, but will continue to operate normally so your user's experience isn't affected.

  • Can I upgrade my subscription?

    Yes. If you upgrade in the middle of a payment cycle, you'll be immediately charged and given access to the upgraded features.
